CASA MEMBER LIST
As a CASA member you will receive all necessary support and information to keep your fleet in airworthy condition. The following services are included in the CASA program:
- All-operator messages (aom) (*), which are intended to rapidly alert operators with respect to fleet airworthiness issues and indicating actions and measures to be taken regarding these issues. These messages are also available via this web-site.
- Technical / Operational Notices (TON) (*), addressing airworthiness issues which are not a direct concern, but nevertheless require Operator's awareness. These messages are also available via this web-site.
- Airworthiness Recommendations Catalogue (ARC) (*), which provides an overview of all publications, issued by either Fokker Services or suppliers and which are recommended from an airworthiness standpoint, whether or not mandated by the Dutch Airworthiness Authority ("CAA-NL")
- All Aircraft Service Bulletins and Component Service Bulletins ("SB"), which will be issued by Fokker Services.
For the purpose of this Agreement, SB is split into four (4) categories, i.e.: (reference is made to the Service Bulletin Introduction for a detailed description of these categories and the types of SB).

For category (a) The Operator will receive the complete SB ("Standard Service Bulletin"); For category (b) The Operator will receive the complete SB ("Standard Service Bulletins"), unless the technical content of the SB is significant dependant on Aircraft configuration. In this case the Operator will only receive the Planning Information section of such pro forma SB. The Accomplishment Instructions and Material Information will be provided on request ("Appendix SB"); For category (c) SB will in principle be made available in the form as described for category (b). The Accomplishment Instructions and Material Information will only be provided subject to the purchase by Operator of the relevant modification ("Appendix SB"). The CASA fee is depending on the aircraft type, the fleet size and the yearly aircraft utilisation.
